CAT-R is a recessed luminaire, using high quality components and with UK assembly sustainability and longevity are its core focus. Designed around the circular economy using the TM66 principles the CAT-R addresses the waste issues of CAT-A and CAT-B fit-outs, by having a light engine module that can be endlessly replaced, potentially lasting the entire lifetime of the building.
When installed at the CAT-A phase and the light engine module replaced at the CAT-B fit-out the CO₂ emissions will be reduced by >50% compared to complete luminaire replacement.
After handover of the install these modules can be used elsewhere, and new modules installed to suit each tenants’ specific requirements.
Toolless install with click-in modules allows clients to easily re-deploy and re-use the luminaire.
Available in 600x600 and 1200x300 and in 4 body styles; basic, winged, square and acoustic, with opal and UGR<19 optics and fixed output, DALI or Hubsense drivers, and two CCT’s the CAT-R is truly versatile and adaptable.
