Kim Bennett is our new Customer Services Manager. She has worked for NVC since 2015 and joined as an internal sales co-ordinator.
Her job is really varied and is influenced by what customers and our sales teams need, quite often extremely urgently!
Her favourite part of the job is building and maintaining good relationships with the people she deals with both in and outside of NVC to ensure that customers receive great service.
