An important message to all customers
Please see the below measures that must be adhered to, should you request a collection from our HQ.
To minimise the risk of COVID-19, we ask that you call our internal sales team, who will talk you through our strict social distancing process.
- Upon arrival to site, enter the collections door (Providing it is empty). If occupied, please wait outside adhering to 2M social distancing rule.
- In collections room, ring bell for service.
- Upon interaction with an NVC employee, advise of your order number.
- Exit collections room, return to your vehicle.
- Open your rear/side door for goods to be loaded and return to drivers’ seat and close drivers’ door.
- NVC employee will load vehicle and leave both copies of paperwork on the goods.
- NVC employee will remove themselves from the vehicle.
- Driver should then exit the vehicle and check their goods against paperwork.
- If everything is present, sign NVC copy and place signed copy in box clearly labeled.
