New Collection Process for NVC customers

An important message to all customers

Please see the below measures that must be adhered to, should you request a collection from our HQ.

To minimise the risk of COVID-19, we ask that you call our internal sales team, who will talk you through our strict social distancing process. 

Process:

  • Upon arrival to site, enter the collections door (Providing it is empty). If occupied, please wait outside adhering to 2M social distancing rule.
  • In collections room, ring bell for service.
  • Upon interaction with an NVC employee, advise of your order number.
  • Exit collections room, return to your vehicle.
  • Open your rear/side door for goods to be loaded and return to drivers’ seat and close drivers’ door.
  • NVC employee will load vehicle and leave both copies of paperwork on the goods.
  • NVC employee will remove themselves from the vehicle.
  • Driver should then exit the vehicle and check their goods against paperwork.
  • If everything is present, sign NVC copy and place signed copy in box clearly labeled.
