Lighting Design Simulation

Having decided what fittings to use, where, in what quantity and with what beam and projection angles we can now simulate the overall effect of our design.

In this example, according to the simulation, the AVERAGE ILLUMINATION WILL BE 1,000 LUX and the product display areas will be lit to 1,500 – 2,000 lux. These figures meet the light levels specified at the area illumination planning stage.

Of course, this is not always the case and we often have to revise the design to meet the criteria established at the start. Finally, when we are satisfied with the simulation we are ready for the next stage.
